Sitting deep in your spirit is TRUTH. Your DNA was programmed with truth and nothing can change what that is.
However the world, others around you and society at large can in error speak and manifest actions that are not in alignment with that same truth. In essence they speak against the original intention of creation.

Teachers and parents often speak to children “you cannot” when in fact the truth is they can! Words such as “you’re driving me mad” are lies, as our behaviour cannot drive others mad unless there is a platform in them for offence to land: that being the responsibility of the other person, not us.

Friends through jealousy can ‘put us down’ and colleagues competing with us at work can intentionally or unintentionally set out to destroy who we are in order to promote themselves.

Likewise the rejection of a friend can hold power to hurt us because we have attached ourselves to them through need. We open doors to fear and depression because we had expectations of situations, people and opportunities; as opposed to understanding the rules of how through our own insecurity we bring on ourselves negative feelings and loss.

We live in the complexity of a mix of other people’s emotions, fears, mindsets, insecurities, ambitions, egos and behaviour patterns. This of course can affect us minute by minute UNLESS we either separate ourselves in isolation (which is impossible to do) OR fully know who we have been created to be. When we understand ourselves and are confident in who we are then that truth becomes the authority, rather than the misconceptions of others.

Therefore to remain true to who we are and to operate in authenticity and trust we have a responsibility to first find out what the truth is, so that we can recognise a lie. Once we know that truth and partner with it, we are able to break all agreement with anything that takes on another form.

However if we don’t know the truth, we are daily aligning ourselves with manipulation, control, judgement and deceit, and are opening ourselves up to hurt, rejection and fear. Hence it is VITAL that we spend time finding our identity and understanding who we are.

How do we do this? How do we comprehend our unique DNA and understand the fingerprint we have authority to imprint?
We do it not through striving but through separating ourselves from the world around us and spending time sitting in the quiet place in our heart meeting with our creator.

In intimacy is love fully experienced and in learning of the power of that love do we glimpse more and more what it means to take on the identity of that perfection. From a seat of rest, as opposed to activity, we slowly pass through a refining where we are purified. The dross falls away as we face the intensity of the fire and we are transformed as we understand how love reveals itself. In this place nothing else can satisfy. Once one has seen the face of glory we desire only more. We hunger after righteousness and justice: we are morphed not into a ‘new’ us but back into who we were always created to be.

We come full circle to finally understand that although interconnected with others, we are unique in that we choose to either agree or disagree with how others operate. Once we stand on TRUTH we march ahead with love as the force behind us which can transition us to the destiny that sits calling on our life.

Not fully knowing who we are causes CONFUSION because there is a dichotomy between what the world is telling us and manifesting, and what our spirit is revealing. Therefore finding our true identity is not only the key to real FREEDOM but is the pass that gives us constant access to fresh daily revelation straight from the throne room of grace.image

There’s a place in suffering where there’s silence: there is an isolation and a loneliness when facing the extreme conditions of time spent in a dry barren desert. Why?

At certain times in our lives we need to be promoted to new levels of authority and walk in greater levels of power, but most of us are happier staying secure. We would rather settle for what we know rather than face the change that’s needed in order to grow.

When we resist growth we cannot walk in alignment with the divine nature of our calling, nor can we mature when we remain reliant on the material things of this world.

Many of those with the greatest of callings on their lives will find they are taken into the wilderness for a period of time through sickness, grief, loss and isolation, in order to learn the lessons of faith. In this place no comfort from a friend and no solution from the world can deliver what we need: it is only the suffering that teaches us the ability to endure and the obedience that brings us the revelation of the strength found in God.

There is no easy route! The message is always through the cross, which is a death to self and a death to ego. Without this it would be impossible for a person to carry the weight of the responsibility coming to lead in the times to come.

Be patient and diligent in the desert because gentle sips of water are offered at times when you least expect it. The provision is there for all you need. The place you find yourself in is given as a gift for learning and growth that will transform you into a mighty warrior. You will be the one who is unphased by fear and who carries the weapons to bring peace, transformation and light into darkness.

Learn the lessons with great perseverance, courage and diligence because there’s a position in leadership that is currently siting vacant in an area of authority that will change many lives. There are people dying emotionally and spiritually who are desperate to hear your message of hope and restoration. There are strongholds that need to be brought down and there are places where you are needed to reveal the power of love to a lost and dying world.

If yesterday’s blog wasn’t hard enough, here’s step 2! When those arrows come, take some time to quietly reflect on a gift that you can send to the person that hurt you.

The spiritual laws are not the same as the worldly laws and nor are the results. As I mentioned in my first post, the usual reaction to offence is anger, revenge, retaliation, bitterness, unforgiveness and violence and these in turn set off a chain reaction of vicious arguments or emails, disagreements, standoffs and a never ending attack of angry words.
There’s no end because along the way bitterness eats away at ones own life and the harvest reaped from a personal negative response means everything in ones life suffers: sleep is disturbed, work is affected, the family are subjected to increased impatience and clouds of rain lash down soaking everything in sight.

HOWEVER, the result of sending a ‘gift’ reduces the offender to a standstill where in an instant they are de-armed. Their weapons literally fall from their hands and they are rendered POWERLESS.

Because light puts out all darkness and evil cannot prevail in the presence of love. Like a firework being shot into the air, all malice, ill-feeling, hatred, jealousy, sulking etc flee at a speed faster than one can even measure with the naked eye and ones adversary is left stunned and silenced.

The result for the one who sent the gift?
The restoration of what was stolen; integrity, humility, gentleness, kindness, hope, joy, radiance, stillness and love.

So what ‘gifts’ can we send? I’m not speaking about purchased presents wrapped in pretty ribbons around perfectly sized neat little boxes, but a mere act of kindness, a sign of appreciation, an encouraging message, a loving thought, a baked cake, a written word.

Next time someone hurts you, rejects you, offends you, STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE and send a gift, then sit back and watch the ripple effect transform YOUR own personal life into one of great great BLESSING!

Some of the most powerful tools in the world are often quite cruel. Manipulation, control, revenge, retaliation, anger and violence are weapons used against those who hurt us. We see it on TV, we hear in on the news, we witness it in our school and in our neighbourhoods.

When we are wounded how do we respond? When someone lies about us what do we do? When we are betrayed how do we react? When things don’t go our way how to we manage the situation?

Offence only lands if there’s a platform of insecurity, self doubt, rejection and a lack of identity. But if we know our identity and we know we are loved then we have absolutely no need to use a weapon to retaliate, because our security in the knowledge and goodness of love means NOTHING can shake us. Once we are aligned with the harmony of the script written into our DNA and operate in peace, no arrows can come near. They approach yet before they strike they simply fall to the ground at our feet. They have no authority to ‘enter’ therefore cannot ‘wound’- so we are free to send love back from where they came.

Love is one of the MOST POWERFUL tools that we’re equipped with to throw back in the direction of anyone who crosses our path in a manner in which we neither expected nor deserved. Love cuts through lies like a knife, revealing the TRUTH. Love tears down walls of hurt and brings HEALING. Love shoots arrows of light that pierces all darkness. In an instant love exposes the intentions of a man’s heart and brings everything hidden to the surface. Love wraps itself around raw wounds and speaks of acceptance, denying an opportunity for any affliction to remain. Hatred is dispelled by love and so too is pain, while grief is held in the arms of comfort as love surrounds.

While arrows of hatred can be poisonous and venomous, love is patient and kind and bears no wrongs. It forgives, embraces and releases. The giving of love liberates ones soul from bondage and realigns it in perfect freedom. It awakens each cell to dance aligned with the rhythm of life and while all the world spins in chaos, ones spirit sings to its tune of intimacy and tenderness.

Sending arrows of LOVE in response to anything negative coming ones way holds the POWER to transform a life and transition it into the beauty of its pre ordained destiny.

“But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,” Luke 6:27.

“But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” Math 5:44.

“Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.” 1 john 4:8.

Some of us are called as part of our spiritual journey to fast. Fasting is interpreted or explained as ‘to go without’, ‘to abstain from’ or ‘to be deprived of’ FOOD (although it need not only be food) and I sense it’s ‘negative’ connotations have left many steering clear from what is essentially a POWERFUL SPIRITUAL TOOL.

I have fasted much on my spiritual journey. I have done many one day total food fasts, three day total food fasts and several 40 day fasts. I have come to a place of being so very grateful that when I desire BREAKTHROUGH or spiritual ACCELERATION or a REVELATION of spiritual TRUTH or WISDOM (rather than knowledge) I can access the kingdom realm with a KEY in my hand.

The key is fasting!

From my own personal experience fasting is not ‘going without’ but it is a form of TRADING.
We naturally live lives of trading: when we use money to purchase what we want, we are essentially trading. We trade our money for the food in the supermarket or we receive money in exchange for goods we offer. Either way we willingly GIVE AWAY either the money or the goods as we see the relative value as a fair exchange for both what we give away and what we receive. We pay for our goods in shops and in handing over our money we do it not with a sense of ‘going without’ but with gratitude for what we receive!

The same is true in the spiritual realm. There are many things we would like to access and to do so we can trade through the process of EXCHANGE. It becomes not about what we sacrifice but about the BLESSING that we receive.

In my fasting the POWER is in the exchange of the physical need for the spiritual need. In the same way as we hand over money when we desperately desire a product or goods, I do the same. I become SO hungry or desperate for the BREAKTHROUGH that the physical hunger is irrelevant and I push on to achieve that for which I wish to obtain.

Now it might seem selfish to say that there are things I ‘need’ or ‘want’ in the spirit but these are not personal things but DESIRES that have been placed on my heart through prayer. JESUS said he only did what he saw his father do and the same is true for me: I only do that which I am called to do.

Because I am an intercessor I get many requests for prayer or intervention. I cannot respond to them all. I have to ignore most of them because God has not placed the seed of desire on my heart to war for that need. However when my spirit leaps within me then I respond.

A few years ago whilst working with young mothers in England who had suffered having their children removed, I was moved to rage at the injustice of a new born baby being removed from a 21 year old girl at birth. I saw in the spirit that all accusations against her were false and her situation was one of grave injustice. The baby was now 8 weeks old and in care and the mother was allowed to hold her baby only once every two days for an hour at a time in a supervised contact centre. I took her along a few times and my heart broke. Her milk had dried up and she had longed to breastfeed her first baby but had been denied the chance. This young mother had been robbed in every way. In extreme HUNGER FOR JUSTICE I started my first 3 day fast and used my time of physical hunger to intercede in the spirit; repent of all that had been used against this girl and plead for her case. On the third day the child came home.

I cannot say for one moment that the fast was to do with ‘going without’ or ‘being deprived of’; it was a journey of greatest BLESSING because I could see clearly what to repent of and intercede for and I was given the AUTHORITY to DECLARE and DECREE on earth that which was in heaven ie to restore the baby into the mothers arms.

Fasting is not for everyone. It is a calling on ones life. The desert fathers used to fast for weeks on end and whilst the world lay in darkness and turmoil in the 3rd and 4th centuries, Kings and Nobles would pilgrimage into the deserts of Egypt, Persia and Arabia to request visits with these men hidden away in prayer because they held the keys to access the realm of heaven. They had the tools required to bring the BREAKTHROUGH and TRANSFORMATION that they needed in their own lives.

The practice of fasting is mentioned numerous times in the Bible as a reaction to various circumstances. Fasting was an act of repentance, as when the king of Nineveh ordered a fast after the preaching of Jonah. Fasting was also a reaction to intense grief, as when the bones of Saul and his sons were buried (1Sam 31:13). We find people fasting when God’s deliverance was needed, as when Jehoshaphat was approached by a large invading army (2 Chr 20:3).

Anna, the prophetess, is described as serving God day and night with fasting and prayers (Luke2:7). John the Baptist taught his disciples to fast and Jesus said His disciples would fast after His death (Mark 2:18-20). Paul and Barnabas prayed and fasted when they ordained elders in the Church (Acts 4:23). And Jesus fasted 40 days and nights before facing Satan in an epic battle of spiritual will (Matthew 4:2).

Lastly fasting is a form of HUMBLING oneself before God in seeking his COMFORT, HELP, STRENGTH, GUIDANCE and seeking above all HIS FACE of LOVE in all things so that HIS KINGDOM COME AND HIS WILL BE DONE HERE ON EARTH…….. As IT IS in heaven.

Be blessed

Breakthrough anointing comes to those who operate in faith no matter what circumstances present. You must be steadfast in your knowledge of the unseen realm so that you are able to bring forth all that creation has lined up for your destiny.
I have watched you plant rows of seeds in the garden and water them patiently knowing that some like the radishes will take only days to break through the ground, while others such as the beans will require a little more time. You have never wavered to believe that even some seeds may take months to appear because you have witnessed in the past this to be so.
I am no different with the promises I speak forth. I do not delay beyond that which is needed for the breakthrough of that which sits as a divine entity over your life. I am the alpha and the omega; the beginning and the end. All my plans and purposes spring forth to those who are able to persevere with diligence and patience KNOWING that all things come to pass.
Do not partner with fear. Do not engage with doubt or negative thoughts which only hinder my miracle working power. The watering needed is a continuous anthem of praise as this opens the atmosphere to the sound of heaven being released along with the host of angels who come. There’s a rhythm in the dance of life that engages with all who step in. By faith all things come to pass.

Isaiah 55:
So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

“The seasons come and go and yet I always remain the same: steadfast in love.

Love is your operating foundation in all you do and to be totally free from the restrictions life has placed as burdens on you, love needs to sing its song continually so that everything in you and around you is transformed by its power.

When you leave the world and enter into the garden of delights my anointing invades every cell of your being. It calls and dances its rhythm of life in and through each living cell in your body, healing and restoring you back into the divine frequency of peace. In this place nothing can invade, nothing can uproot and nothing can unrest your soul.

The minute you decide to break all agreement with anything negative in your life you release heavens miraculous power to penetrate through. The second you respond to the whisperings you hear gently blowing about you, you partner with the host of angels who are released in an instant to transform the destructive atmosphere in which you sit and change it into one of restored hope.

Fear, grief, depression, bitterness, anger, frustration and the need for revenge all dissipate in the presence of light. The darkness that is their hiding place is exposed and in an instant they flee. However that same darkness fed by a whirlwind of emotions and desires of the flesh only fuel the fire until they burn away in the inside of you causing a rotting of your soul and an irritation and frustration that rules and dominates every part of how you react and behave. Don’t engage in what you know to be destructive on the path you have chosen to take. Opt for the higher calling at each turn and walk the hard road in the humility, truth and integrity of who you really are.

Come back always to the seed of love and allow that rather than anything else to take root in you until it is the only force at work speaking its authority over your life.”

To be authentic is to be who you really are. It is to be legitimate, reliable and pure. It is not having to conform to meet the criteria or goals that society sets as ‘behavior codes’, but being honest to who and what you were created to be. Being authentic is the greatest offering you can bring to a dying dark world. It is being dependable and walking in truth, righteousness and integrity in your own (not anothers) sphere of influence. Many people sadly try and ‘fit in’ or mould themselves to a given peer or social group in order to be accepted, acknowledged and approved. However this often is merely the ability to have one’s identity trademarked by possessions, appearance, positions or titles. Yet everyone is born unique! Everyone has a calling and a purpose which is exclusive to only them; no one else carries the same anointing, nor the life experience, or the gifts to carry out what each individual has been hand-picked to do.

To walk the path that you were intended to journey is to follow your heart and to find the passion that sits deep within the core of your being which calls and signals to take a certain road. It is the force that ignites like a fire deep in your DNA as a response to circumstances or situations that unfold across your way. It is an authority that resonates with your heart’s desire and erupts with feelings of emotion when stirred. It is a strength that rises with such a powerful command that anything that takes you ‘off track’ speaks to your soul ‘there is more to life than this’.
To follow the pursuit of ones destiny is to walk at times in the resounding legitimacy of certainty and yet also meet with risk, storm and threat. It is to walk a path away from others and to follow the signposts that lead across roads never travelled before. It is to cross bridges, dig tunnels and find avenues that signpost the unconventional, devoted and unique destination of providence.
At first ‘safety’ and ‘security’ are often seemingly granted by the need to ‘belong’ or identify with certain groups of people. However as confidence in ones belief of ‘self’ grows, a detachment from people, things and positions allow the pursuit of freedom. This propels one into a dynamic and objective life of individuality, purpose and privilege where transformation is brought to the world.

Are you struggling and wondering why?
Are you questioning why the injustices in your life have not been resolved?
Have the motives of those who’ve betrayed you not been exposed?

Then it’s not yet the APPOINTED TIME!
Continue to persevere in the truth of who you are. Patiently endure your circumstances living an authentic life of integrity and wait until the Lord comes. If it’s not yet been resolved, it’s not yet the time!

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Phil 4:6.

“Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait until the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. At that time each will receive their praise from God.” 1 Cor 4:5.

” Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.” Romans 12:19.

I saw today that many were struggling with LOSS. As I was enquiring of the Lord I was baking a cake and as I cracked open the first egg OUT CAME DOUBLE! And I heard the father say ‘DOUBLE FOR YOUR TROUBLE’. I then heard; ‘After Job had prayed for his friends, the LORD restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before.’ Job 42:10.

Trouble implies a state of distress or affliction, difficulty or need. It is distressing or disturbing circumstances, a condition of pain, disease or malfunction (depression) and causes worry, anxiety and agigitation.

In the spirit I have watched as many have been tried and tested to the point of IMPOSSIBLE ENDURANCE, it has been a time where your faith has been stretched to the utmost. I had asked father only yesterday why there appeared so little change in the lives of these obedient ones who had pushed through and remained faithful to the limit. “There is huge change,” I heard, “not to their circumstances but to their hearts. My loved ones now know me, they know my intimacy and they know my love, my righteousness and my peace and joy IN THE MIDST OF AFFLICTION. They know their identity apart from the world, they know their divine creation and they know the power and the authority of the I AM. I say ‘seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well’ (Matthew 6:33) and indeed all these things WILL BE ADDED UNTO THEM!”

I then saw an orchestra of angels singing and joining with choirs praising in heaven. A huge key was released from the midst of the celebration. It was the key of praise! Job did not pray for his friends after he was given double but BEFORE! He confessed his presumption and lack of knowledge and said “
“I know that You can do everything,
And that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You.
You asked, ‘Who is this who hides counsel without knowledge?’
Therefore I have uttered what I did not understand,
Things too wonderful for me, which I did not know.”

Job’s agony was always more rooted in the spiritual aspects of his crisis, much more than the material. Yet once the spiritual was resolved, God restored the material. And so too it is with those who have suffered great affliction these past 12 years. This is the not only the year of the jubilee but it is the 40th jubilee since Christ’s death. It is a release from debt: “In this year of jubilee each of you shall return to his property” (Lev 25:13).

‘Double’ is hugely significant in the bible:

“Instead of your shame you will have a double portion, And instead of humiliation they will shout for joy over their portion Therefore they will possess a double portion in their land, Everlasting joy will be theirs.” Isaiah 61:7.

“Return to the stronghold, O prisoners who have the hope; This very day I am declaring that I will restore double to you.” Zechariah 9:12.

“On the sixth day, when they prepare what they bring in, it will be twice as much as they gather daily.” Exodus 15:5.

As the egg landed in my pan today with a double yoke I felt the father say, “Do not give up before you receive your double portion. I have blessings beyond compare and your inheritance is being delivered to you”:

“What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived — the things God has prepared for those who love him.” (I Cor 2:9)

“Look at the nations and watch—
and be utterly amazed.
For I am going to do something in your days
that you would not believe,
even if you were told.” Hab 1:5.
